Rules for using Scribe
By using Scribe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Scribe provides transcript, playback, export, highlighting, and summary features for supported content. You agree to use Scribe only in lawful ways and in compliance with the terms of any third-party platform whose content you access through Scribe.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under it.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some Scribe features, including AI summaries, are available only on paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees charged by your payment provider or platform.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, interfere with, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use Scribe to violate laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party terms.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, transcripts, or data that do not belong to you.
Third-Party Services
Scribe works with third-party platforms and services, including YouTube, browsers, app stores, and payment providers. Availability may change, and some features depend on those services continuing to operate as expected.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Disclaimers
Scribe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that transcripts, summaries, timestamps, exports, or integrations will always be error-free, complete, or available for every video.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppBlit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Scribe.
